I highly recommend Limping Elk Pool Service! They do an excellent job maintaining our pool and always go above and beyond. I really appreciate the app they use—it notifies you when they’re on their way and when the service is complete. After each visit, they send a detailed report along with a photo of your pool looking crystal clear and sparkling. Michael is always quick to respond to any questions or requests. We’re extremely satisfied with his service and attention to detail!
I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but Michael absolutely deserves the recognition. He’s hands down the best pool guy we’ve ever had — reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes pride in his work. From the very first visit, you could tell he really knows what he’s doing and actually cares about keeping our pool in perfect shape.
Before Michael, we went through a few pool companies that were either inconsistent, hard to reach, or just did the bare minimum. Michael completely changed that experience. He shows up on time every week, checks everything thoroughly, and takes the extra time to explain what he’s doing and why — whether it’s balancing the chemicals, cleaning the filter, or spotting small issues before they turn into expensive problems.
